Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order — and we aim to deliver quality, every time. Please read the following policy to understand when refunds or reprints may be available.
Before Production Begins
If your order has not yet entered production, you may be eligible to receive a refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at merch@bower.co.nz with your order number. We will review your request and confirm whether a refund can be issued based on the order status.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed. Please ensure all product selections and quantities are correct before completing your purchase.
Once Production Has Started
Once any part of your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. Our production process moves quickly to ensure efficient delivery, and unfortunately, we cannot halt orders mid-process.
Received the Wrong Item or Not Satisfied?
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at merch@bower.co.nz within 5 business days of receiving it to let us know what went wrong.
To help us assess the situation, we may request a clear photo of the issue. This allows us to determine the best course of action and work toward a quick resolution.
We aim to respond to all reprint or resolution requests as promptly as possible, and always within 2 business days. If additional details are needed, we’ll reach out — and we kindly ask that you reply in a timely manner so we can get everything sorted without delay.
